"I am beginning to measure myself in strength, not pounds. Sometimes in smiles" Read this quote & it really hit home for me today. I posted this picture earlier but really didn't know where I was going with the caption. So I'll just make it short & quick. Your scars, rolls, or stretch marks are not your "imperfections" they are memories, experiences, battles fought & won. It's a strange concept to try & hide/cover up something that almost every single person has. I've wanted to post this picture for a long time & couldn't find the right words for it. So here's to measuring ourselves a little less in numbers and a little more in strength & smiles ✊🏼💛
